Our craft on this adventure into the uncharted territory of our deeper being will be our breath, that ever present portal to the unknown, to the unknowable, the inexpressible.

Riding together on our breath, we will find we are not alone, never were. We will find each other as we find ourselves, our true purpose.

We will return to those we love with gifts of peace, love and strength, taking our place again in the world giving so much more than we take, rejuvenated and excited by what we have seen.  We’ll also have a lot of fun.

Week 1

Foundations of Breathwork

Week 2

Breath Awareness and Mindfulness

  • Cultivate mindful awareness of your breath as a gateway to inner calm and clarity.
  • Practice breath-focused meditation and mindfulness exercises to quiet the mind and reduce stress.

Week 3

Pranayama Exploration

  • Explore the ancient tradition of pranayama and its profound impact on energy regulation and vitality.
  • Learn and practice a variety of pranayama techniques to balance the nervous system, increase energy, and promote mental clarity.

Week 4

Holotropic Breathwork Experience

  • Experience the transformative power of holotropic breathwork, a potent method for accessing altered states of consciousness
  • Navigate a guided holotropic breathwork session in a supportive and safe environment, facilitated by experienced instructors.

Week 5

Integration and Self-Reflection

  • Reflect on your breathwork experiences and insights gained throughout the course.
  • Engage in group discussions, journaling exercises, and self-reflection practices to integrate your experiences into your daily life.

Week 6

Embodied Presence and Connection

  • Cultivate embodied presence and connection through breath-centered movement practices, such as breath-inspired yoga or qigong.
  • Explore how conscious breathing can deepen your connection to yourself, others, and the world around you.

Who should attend?

This course is suitable for men over 18 years of age interested in exploring the transformative potential of breathwork, regardless of prior experience.

Whether you’re a beginner looking to cultivate mindfulness and reduce stress or an experienced practitioner seeking to deepen your practice, this course offers valuable insights and practical tools for personal growth and self-discovery.
