What is sound HEALING MEDITATION IN SALISBURY?

In general, a sound bowl healing & meditation class (or sometimes referred to as a sound bath) in Salisbury is a meditative experience where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves. These waves are produced by various sources, including healing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles, tuning forks, and even the human voice itself.

The experience can be astonishing, uplifting, and offers soul searchers a mindful experience with a deep and beautiful meditation.

FEEDBACK

“During my first sound healing experience, my sinuses immediately opened up and for the first time in a long time I could breathe with ease. It was an incredibly feeling and an unexpected one at that.”

John M

“It was truly delightful and the sounds awakened my third eye with beautiful visions. The sound bath put me into a calm and meditative state, taking me away from my worries of day to day life. It is an opportunity to reset and focus the mind”

Claire S

“I went into the session with apprehension, I came out of the healing session with the ability to see colours more vibrantly and objects around me appeared far more crisp and detailed. What a wonderful experience that I would certainly recommend to others”

WHAT CAN I ExPECT FROM A SOUND MEDITATION session in salisbury

The general intention of a sound healing session (or sound bath) is to create a state of harmony in the listener by using sound to clear discordance from the participants’ energy fields. Among the benefits are relaxation, an increased sense of wellbeing, expanded awareness, and access to inner visionary experiences.

Sound healing is for everyone at any stage of their lives. Since you are lying in Savasana (on your back) the entire time, you don’t need athletic ability or flexibility to participate. In fact, sound baths in Salisbury are very beneficial for pregnancy, prehab and rehab, old and young, or people who are experiencing disease, illness, and trauma.

If you go to an acupuncturist, you likely have energy blocked somewhere that the practitioner helps unlock. The sound healing session in Salisbury is similar, but you’re using frequency and vibration instead of needles.

Sound healing has an amazing ability to heal. Some will notice mild benefits almost immediately, whilst others may take some time, or several sessions are needed to feel the full benefit. Sound healing is perfectly safe, if it is done incorrectly, if not, it can upset the balance of the body rather than support and improve it.

This is why all our sound healers have undergone training provided by knowledgeable and experienced sound healing masters to ensure we provide a positive energy, rather than upsetting the energy that some may find uncomfortable.
